Irish Guinness Stew
Method:
On medium heat, brown beef + set aside
Sauté onion, garlic, turkey bacon, carrot + celery for 10 mins
Add flour + tomato paste, add back in beef
Add chicken broth, herbs + lastly Guinness
Simmer covered 2 hours, make your cauli mash!
Cut up cauliflower into florets, boil until soft
Drain, add to mixer with ghee, salt + pepper
Serve your stew over cauli-mash - enjoy!
