Cauliflower Wings

 

What you need:

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2tbsp of Miso

  • 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp of Tomato Puree

  • 1 tsp of Ginger (finely chopped)

 
 

Chicken wings…..but with cauliflower!

Method:

  1. Chop the cauliflower into florets

  2. Mix the maple syrup, ginger + tomato puree together

  3. Dip the cauliflower into the sauce

  4. Ensure each piece is covered evenly

  5. Spread out pieces onto a baking tray

  6. Bake for 35 minutes.
