Cauliflower Wings
What you need:
1 head of cauliflower
2tbsp of Miso
1 tbsp of Maple Syrup
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tbsp of Tomato Puree
1 tsp of Ginger (finely chopped)
Chicken wings…..but with cauliflower!
Method:
Chop the cauliflower into florets
Mix the maple syrup, ginger + tomato puree together
Dip the cauliflower into the sauce
Ensure each piece is covered evenly
Spread out pieces onto a baking tray
Bake for 35 minutes.
