Layered Taco Dip

What you need:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 2 tablespoon chilli /taco seasoning

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1 avocado, mashed

  • 1 cup fresh chopped

  • iceberg lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 cup black olives (optional)

  • A dollop of almond yogurt for garnish

 
 

Method:

  1. Brown ground turkey with chili/taco seasoning, and let cool.

  2. While cooling, mix mashed avocado and coconut yogurt with remaining chili/taco seasoning.

  3. Combine the turkey + avocado yogurt mixture together.

  4. Spread chips + turkey yogurt mixture on a platter, sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cilantro +

    olives over top. Add a dollop of almond yogurt if desired.

  5. That easy! Serve and enjoy!
