Holy Yoga - What’s That?

Focus shifts from yourself and onto God

Sometimes I think I'm one downward-dog away from finding my inner peace. That's why I'm so excited about Holy Yoga - it's a special kind of yoga that combines physical practice with spiritual teachings. It's a unique way to unify your body and soul while also connecting with God. ​

So what makes Holy Yoga so special? Well, firstly, it's a practice of humility. Each session begins with a prayer or a meditation, and your focus shifts away from yourself and onto God. Secondly, it's a mindful practice. Each posture and breath exercise is guided by Scripture, fostering a heightened sense of awareness and presence. ​

In Holy Yoga, the physical poses are much more than exercises, they are opportunities to practice worship, meditation, and surrender. Each session takes you on a journey to connect with your higher self and deepen your faith. ​

What’s more, the Holy Yoga experience isn’t limited to just the physical practice. Through guided meditations and teachings, you get an authentic taste of how God moves and speaks in every aspect of your life. ​

Personally, I’m so thankful for the grace and wisdom that I discover each time I step on my mat. As I’ve practiced Holy Yoga, I’ve seen changes in my life that I can only attribute to the power of God. There’s nothing quite like it!​
