Watermelon Salad
What you need:
1/2 a lime
5 cups diced watermelon
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1./3 cup torn mint
Healthy, tasty, easy - my kind of food!
Method:
Slice up the watermelon into cubes.
Slice the feta into cubes and crumble onto watermelon.
Add the torn mint over the salad.
Squeeze half a lime over salad. Mix up with hands.
Enjoy your refreshing summer salad!
