Pineapple Burger + Parsnip Fries
What you need:
Burger
1 lbs ground beef
1 red onion
1 pineapple
1 head of lettuce
1 tomato
Barbecue sauce
salt + pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
Parsnip Fries
1 large garlic clove, chopped + minced
3 tbsps olive oil
salt + pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
5 sprigs rosemary
2 1/1 lbs parsnips, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch strips
Super healthy and yummy dessert π
Method:
Firstly, chop up your parsnip into fries. Mix them with minced garlic, chopped rosemary
+ olive oil.
Season with salt + pepper, scatter sprigs over fries, cook for 25 mins in a preheated 450F oven.
Combine your beef in a bowl, season with salt + pepper.
Grill your patties until charred, 3 minutes per side.
Layer each patty onto two sheets of lettuce, add pineapple then the tomato then layer the onion on top.
