Kale Chips

What you need:

  • Fresh head of kale

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Wash and towel dry the kale - don’t be shy here - really dry!

  2. Cut up kale and take out the rib (the center stem of the kale). Cut kale into medium size pieces.

  3. Put kale in a bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Combine well with hands.

  4. Then put kale onto baking sheet so all kale is placed evenly in a single layer. Sprinkle salt on the kale.

  5. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip kale over.

  6. Bake another 8-10 minutes until crispy but not burnt. Watch carefully.
