Healthy Guinness Stew
If the fact that this recipe contains Guinness isn’t enough for you to get excited, then I don’t know what will! Guinness contains antioxidants just like the ones you would find in red wine or dark chocolate…true story! This stew is loaded with healthy broth, and I have swapped the cornstarch for almond flour to make this healthier for you without missing out on any traditional flavors!
Another rather new winter favorite of mine is this Black-Eyed Pea Chicken Chilli.
Did you know that black eyed peas are packed with Vitamin B, folate and potassium not to mention they are a great source of protein? I love this unexpected swap of a regular chilli which is just as satisfying on those cold nights with an extra notorious boost!
